Luxury wedding planning in Los Angeles.
Planning and design for your wedding, with us beside you from the first venue visit to the end of the night.

Your wedding, planned around your story.
A wedding brings together more people, vendors and decisions than almost any other celebration, and most couples are planning one for the first time. We take on the weight of it, so you can enjoy being engaged.
We plan weddings in Los Angeles and farther afield. Before we talk about venues or vendors, we ask how you met, who'll be there and what you want the day to feel like, and the planning is built on your answers.

What luxury means to us.
A luxury wedding comes down to attention to detail: florals chosen for the season and the room, invitations that set the tone before anyone arrives, and candlelight that keeps the evening warm long after sunset.
Planning one should also be easy on you. You make the decisions that matter to you, and we take on the vendor calls, the comparisons and the seating questions that would otherwise follow you home.
On the day itself, you stay with your guests and each other while we keep everything moving around you.

What wedding planning includes.
With full planning, these are the parts of your wedding we hold. Our other services take on a selection of them.
The venue
Ceremony and reception in one place or two. We help you find somewhere that suits your guest count and your date, and that feels right the moment you walk in.
Your wedding team
Photographer, florist, caterer, musicians, hair and makeup, and an officiant if you need one, chosen to suit you and briefed to work together.
Design and creative direction
One look carried through the florals, the tables, the invitations and menus, and the lighting for the evening.
The budget
We plan around the range you give us and keep a running record of what's been committed, so the totals never catch you off guard.
Guests and seating
The guest list, the seating plan and how everyone moves from the ceremony to cocktails to dinner, with thought for anyone traveling in.
The wider weekend
A welcome dinner, the rehearsal or a farewell brunch, planned so the events around the wedding feel connected to it.
The wedding day
We arrive for the morning setup and stay until the last guest leaves, cueing the ceremony, the toasts and the first dance and handling whatever comes up out of your sight.
How we plan a wedding.
The pace depends on your date, and the order of the work is the same for every couple.
-
Your inquiry
Tell us your date if it's set, or that it's flexible or still undecided, along with a rough guest count and budget range.
-
Getting to know you
We get in touch to hear how you met, what you're picturing and what matters most to each of you.
-
The proposal and the palette
We set out the plan and a first design direction, then refine both with you until they feel like yours.
-
Planning and design
We find the venue and your vendors with you, handle the back-and-forth with each of them and develop the design, keeping you up to date as each piece is settled.
-
The final weeks
We confirm every vendor, finish the schedule for the day and walk you through it, including the rehearsal if you're having one.
-
Your wedding day
We look after every moment, from the first delivery to the send-off, so all you need to do is get married.
A wedding that reads like the two of you, from the invitation to the last song.

Questions about wedding planning.
What couples tend to want to know first.
How far ahead should we book a wedding planner?
Soon after you get engaged, if you can. Wedding venues and photographers are often reserved well in advance, and starting early means more of them are still free for your date. If your date is closer, ask anyway.
Can you plan our engagement party too?
Yes. Engagements are among the celebrations we plan, and starting there lets the look and the planning carry through to the wedding.
Do you plan small weddings?
Yes. An intimate wedding gets the same care from us as a large one, and a shorter guest list often leaves more room for detail.
We're marrying outside Los Angeles. Can you still plan it?
Yes. We plan destination weddings from here in the same way, and our destination events page explains how that works.
How is wedding planning priced?
We quote each wedding after our first conversation, based on the service you choose, the guest count and how much of the weekend we're planning. The budget range you share in the inquiry helps us build a proposal that fits.
