Day-of and month-of coordination in Los Angeles.

You've planned the celebration yourself. We take it over in the final weeks and run the day, so you get to spend it with your guests.

For a celebration you've planned.

Some people love the planning. They've found the venue, booked every vendor and know exactly how the evening should feel. What they'd rather not do is spend the day itself answering vendor questions and watching the clock.

Coordination is for them. You may hear it called day-of or month-of coordination, and ours always begins in the weeks before your date, because whoever runs a celebration should know the plan long before the morning of it.

Why we start before the day.

By the final weeks, the big decisions are made. What's left is a long list of small ones: when each vendor arrives, the order of the evening, who to call if a delivery runs late. We take that list off your hands.

First we go through everything you've arranged. Then we get in touch with each of your vendors, so from that point on they hear from us and work from one schedule.

If something is missing, like a gap in the timeline or a detail no one has confirmed, we tell you early, while there's still time to settle it calmly.

What coordination covers.

The planning stays yours. These are the parts we carry, from the handover to the end of the night.

  • A meeting to learn your plan

We sit down with you to go through the plan, the vendors and the moments that matter most, so we know the celebration the way you do.

  • Confirming every vendor

We contact each vendor you've booked to confirm arrival times, setup needs and what they're bringing, so nothing rests on an old email thread.

  • The schedule for the day

A detailed running order, from the first delivery to the last song, written by us and sent to each vendor ahead of time.

  • A walkthrough at the venue

Before the day, we visit the venue to settle where everything goes and how guests will move through the space.

  • Running the day

We arrive for setup and stay to the end, keeping each vendor to the schedule and dealing with surprises before they reach you.

  • The end of the night

As the celebration winds down, we gather your gifts and personal things so they go home with you.

How coordination works.

Most of the work happens in the last stretch before your date, and it follows the same steps each time.

  1. Send an inquiry

Choose coordination where the form asks how we can help. It's best to reach out well before your date, even though our work begins closer to it.

  2. We get in touch

We reach out to hear about the celebration and what you've arranged so far, then send a proposal for coordinating it.

  3. The handover

In the final weeks you pass us your vendor contacts and any notes you've kept, and we meet to go through the plan together.

  4. Pulling it together

We confirm every vendor, build the schedule and visit the venue. From here on, vendor questions come to us instead of you.

  5. The day

We run the celebration from setup to the end of the night, and you spend it with the people you invited.

You planned every part of it, so let us keep the time.

Who coordination is for.

It suits people who enjoy planning and want to hand over the running of the day.

  • You've planned it yourself.

The venue and vendors are booked and the design is decided. Now you'd like someone to carry it through the final weeks and the day.

  • Your venue has its own team.

A venue manager looks after the building and the venue's staff. We look after your vendors, your schedule and you, and work alongside them.

  • Your family should be guests too.

Without a coordinator, the timeline often falls to a parent or a close friend. Coordination lets the people you love stay guests for the whole day.

  • You'd like a calm voice on the day.

When something runs late or changes at the last minute, we handle it, and you hear about it only if you need to.

Coordination beside our other services.

Coordination is the lightest of our services. If you'd like help earlier in the planning, one of these may fit better.

  • We hold the whole celebration with you from the first decision, including the design, the venue and every vendor.

  • The look of the celebration, from the palette to the flowers and the light, designed for you while the logistics stay with you.

  • For plans already in motion. We take on the parts you'd rather not do alone, such as finding vendors or shaping the guest experience.

Questions about coordination.

What people usually want to know before they book it.

What's the difference between day-of and month-of coordination?

Mostly the name. Both describe help in the run-up to a celebration and on the day. Ours always includes the final weeks, since that's when we learn your plan, confirm your vendors and write the schedule.

When should we book coordination?

Once your date and venue are settled. The work itself happens in the final weeks, but an early inquiry gives us more time to get to know the celebration.

Can you help us find vendors?

Coordination starts once your vendors are booked. If you still need some, partial planning includes vendor curation, and you can tell us in your inquiry that you're unsure which service fits.

Will you work with the vendors we've chosen?

Yes. Whoever you've booked, we get in touch with them ahead of the date and make sure they're all working from the same schedule.

How is coordination priced?

We quote each celebration once we know its size and shape. The inquiry asks for your guest count and a general budget range, which is enough for us to prepare a proposal.

Do you coordinate celebrations outside Los Angeles?

Yes. Tell us where yours will be when you inquire, and we'll talk about how coordination would work there.

Celebrations we coordinate.

Coordination works for any celebration with a plan already in place.

Hand us the day.

Send us your date, your venue and a little about what you've arranged so far. We'll come back with how we'd carry it from here.
