Full-service event planning in Los Angeles.
Planning and design for the whole celebration. We hold the venue, the vendors, the timeline and the budget, so the months before your celebration feel as considered as the day itself.

With you the whole way through.
Full planning is our most complete way of working. You deal with us directly from start to finish, and because we know the story behind your celebration, every decision stays connected to it.
Design is part of it from the start. The palette, the florals and the way the room feels are planned alongside the venue, the vendors and the budget, so the look and the logistics move in the same direction.

What it feels like on your side.
You tell us what you're imagining, even if it's only a feeling or a handful of saved photos. Our proposal turns that into an outline of the planning and a first direction for the design, and we keep adjusting it with you until it reads as yours.
From there, we carry the details. You make the decisions that matter to you, and we take on the calls, the follow-ups, the schedules and the small questions that would otherwise fill your evenings.
When the day arrives, you get to be a guest at your own celebration while we run everything behind the scenes.

What's included.
Full planning covers the whole celebration. These are the parts we hold for you.
Finding the venue
If you haven't found the right place yet, we look with you and help you weigh each option against your guest count, your date and the feeling you're after.
Choosing the vendors
We suggest the florists, caterers, musicians, photographers and rental partners who suit your celebration, then bring them together as one team.
Keeping to the budget
We plan around the range you're comfortable with and keep track of where it goes, so nothing surprises you late in the process.
The timeline
A planning calendar for the months ahead and a detailed schedule for the day, shared with every vendor so everyone works from the same plan.
Design and creative direction
The palette, florals, tablescapes, paper and light, designed alongside the plan from the start and carried through every detail.
The guest experience
How guests arrive, where they gather and how the evening moves from one moment to the next, planned so the day feels easy for everyone in it.
Running the day
We're there from setup to the send-off and see the vendors through the breakdown afterward, cueing each moment and handling anything unexpected, so you never have to check the time.
How full planning unfolds.
Every celebration moves at its own pace, and the shape of the work stays the same.
-
Your inquiry
Tell us about your celebration through the inquiry form. A rough date, guest count and budget range give us plenty to start with.
-
A first conversation
We reach out to hear the story behind the celebration: who it's for, what matters most and what you'd like your guests to remember.
-
The proposal
We put the plan in writing, with what we'll handle and how we'll work together. Once it feels right to you, we begin.
-
Design and planning
Over the following months the palette, venue, vendors and timeline come together, with you deciding at each step and us carrying the rest.
-
The celebration
We run the day from setup to the final send-off, and all you need to do is be there.
Every detail held, so you can simply be there for it.
Who full planning is for.
It suits anyone who would rather hand us the whole celebration and trust us with it.
You're starting from the beginning.
No venue yet, perhaps no date. Full planning lets us shape the celebration with you from the very first decision.
Your calendar is already full.
If work, family or travel leave little room for vendor calls and spreadsheets, we take that work off your hands.
The celebration has many parts.
A long guest list, more than one event across a weekend, or a design with a lot of moving pieces. This is where it helps most to have us holding every part.
You're planning from out of town.
If you live elsewhere and you're celebrating in Los Angeles, we can be your eyes and hands here between visits.
How it compares with our other services.
Full planning holds everything. If you need less, one of these may suit you better.

Questions about full planning.
A few things people often ask before they decide.
When should we start full planning?
As early as you can. Starting early gives you the widest choice of venues and vendors and more time for design. If your date is close, ask anyway and we'll tell you what's possible.
We haven't chosen a venue. Is that too early to reach out?
Not at all. Finding the right place is one of the first things full planning covers, and the inquiry lets you tell us you'd like help with it.
Will we still make the decisions?
Yes. We bring you options along with our recommendation, and the choice is always yours.
How is full planning priced?
Each celebration is different, so we quote each one after we understand it. The inquiry asks for a general budget range, which helps us shape a proposal around it.
Can you plan a celebration outside Los Angeles?
Yes. Full planning works the same way when the celebration is somewhere else, and destination celebrations are part of what we do.
Celebrations we plan from start to finish.
Full planning works for milestone celebrations, destination events and brand experiences, and for weddings too.
Let's plan it together.
Tell us about the celebration you're imagining, and we'll talk through what full planning would look like for it.
